“Best hotel of our family Italy trip! We were there for 3 nights and we would go back in a heartbeat if we could. We stayed in room 502 with two levels and a terrace. It had 2 bathrooms and 3 comfortable beds. My teen kids were happy to have their own space and so were we! The staff was amazing, too, and made great dining recommendations and reservations for us. Location was perfect. An easy 5 minute or less walk to the train and around the corner from the Duomo.”
“Fantastic stay and the staff were super accommodating with our emails prior to check-in. We ended up being delayed 6+ hours and only made it to the hotel after the concierge had left so the night staff checked us in. Didn’t really receive any info, at that point but we stopped in after breakfast at the reception desk and was given a run down. Sad that our stay was so short, will stay again if given the opportunity to come back!”
