A must stay property

"Super friendly and helpful front desk staff and concierge. Nice, spacious room with comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with many hot and cold choices. Airport shuttles run frequently and efficiently. Innovative "green" initiatives all around the property. Great experience all round! I'd happily stay at Hotel Verde again."

"The property was dirty, broken door glass, broken bedlinen, dirty furniture and floors, noisy... we asked for another blanket, which we got, but it smelled like sweat. The bathroom hadcthe same smell. We were awoken between 3 and 4 in the morning by shouts coming from the road to the person who was looking after the property. These people entered the guesthouse and were extremely noisy. We left the guesthouse soon after these people arrived (about 04h25), because we did not feel safe."

"We did not actually stay overnight at this property; we viewed the property and opted not to stay. As a family with a small child, it didn't feel very family-friendly; similarly, I don't think I would have felt very comfortable staying there if I were a solo female traveler. We saw a group of men gathered in the common areas, but no other women or children. Despite lots of posted rules (e.g. no eating in the room, no alcohol on the premises), the hallway smelled strongly of marijuana. We did take a look at a room, which appeared to be clean and reasonable for budget travelers."

Chill area fire place section

"Love the place, room set up was perfect, friendly staff, however at the chill area fire place section there is a guest room, which had 2 quest in, me and my girls was sitting by the fire place as it was cold when the quest arrived from there walk we were asked to move that was not nice we too where paying customers, why is that section available to relax if you really can't use it when quest is close to that section room then rather do not promote or don't put quest that section of the house as that is the best section of the house in winter. "
