"The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, the facility is somewhat dated. I experienced elevator problems several times during my nine days stay; once, the elevator got stuck on the fourth floor and could not move up or down, leaving passengers trapped. The location is good, but the personal security risk is high. Please take the hotel staff’s advice seriously. They warned me not to go out at night and not to let anyone see my phone. I did not realize this was such a serious issue, and as a result, I was robbed during the day and lost my phone."

"Chic and trendy hotel. Very nice staff and always willing to help. Free valet parking. Area is probably a little more mixed - the hotel themselves don’t recommend walking on the street alone after dark. We just took uber point to point and we were fine. We would always see hotel staff/security so it felt safe enough. One small complaint - we stayed on 5th floor which is right underneath the rooftop bar and could hear some stomping. Could not hear sound from other rooms next door so that bit is fine."
