"Such a spacious, family and budget friendly stay! We have toddlers so we did have to relocate fragile items during our stay and the stairs leading to the separate rental were a safety concern. "

"Wonderfully clean, new renovation and ample space (3 baths!) made this an excellent place to call home for a few days. Beautiful beach on the Rappahannock just down the road (walking or golf cart distance). "

"This house has beautiful views and it was only about 45 min to Williamsburg. It is on Hills Bay, which flows into the Chesapeake Bay. The water is very shallow and would be great for younger kids. We brought kayaks and enjoyed our time on the water. It would be fantastic for someone that owns a boat too. The water doesn’t have many waves, but we tied a party size float to part of the dock and all the kids, ages 10-19, loved our time there. Since I’m the first review, I think I might be the first...

"Good location. We were the second floor below us pleople fussing and partying till early in the morning."

"House was lovely, had everything needed and more. Fun to have ping pong table, games and books to enjoy as well. The dock on the water was great for relaxation, blue crabbing, fishing, and bird watching. Appreciated the great communication from Sandy offering us help and information for our stay, and for being so quick to answer questions I had. Highly recommended!"
