"We had a short/over-night stay. Home was clean and modern. No complaints whatsoever. The only unexpected thing was the neighborhood the home is located in. Not quite a run-down neighborhood but just a bit. By looking at the pictures of the home prior to booking, I would've never guessed. "We were in from out of town to visit family. We have 4 teenagers. This was the perfect place for our family to spend the night comfortably. All of the amenities of a hotel but with the added bonus of a full kitchen and about 10X the space!!!"

"It was a great stay! For not being too familiar with this exact area of Indy, we were a little nervous as we pulled in, but the neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were lovely! We took my brother's kids trick or treating and everyone was so so nice! The house was great! The 3 bedrooms were perfect for us! The dogs loved that they could stretch out and explore the backyard instead of being cooped up in a small hotel room. Nice large kitchen stocked with dinnerware and utensils. Cleaning...

"The house was perfect for what we needed. We were in Indy for a college soccer showcase and this was close and fit the bill for cost and number of beds. The area was close to food and shopping. I would recommend and stay here again. The management company was very responsive."

"This corner of Indy is close to a lot. The Geist waterpark access is literally across the street. Terrific playground, beach with lifeguards. We spent a full day at the Children's museum - an amazing place for all ages. The house had so many beds that we had options to decide where everyone would sleep (6 adults, 4 kids under age 6).
