Property needs to be fully cleaned, updated and soundproofed. Between children running up and down the halls unattended and a pop up party on a balcony overlooking the pool area that the hotel ignored, moving to another hotel was the only answer.

Clean and Convenient

Very clean and convenient place to stay. It was close to a winery we went to Saturday night, and about a half hour from downtown Cincinnati for the baseball game Sunday.

Staff was nice and GM was fair with compernsation Property was under renovation with no posted notice. A/C did not work...toilet wouldn't flush. Windows taped shut for painting. floor water leaks...Expedia should do a better job of researching properties and knowing what's going on with them. This is just as much your fault as theirs

Very bad service. While I left for the dinner hotel staff collect all my belongings to big plastic bag and placed to reception without my permission and even without informing me. Why? Because my room was booked with someone else. Ok, why you checked me in to this room? When I returned to hotel I was not able to enter to my room and I proceeded to reception where receptionist said that they moved me to another room and brought my belongings in big plastic bag like trash. Terrible!
