“There was a little problem with the parking being near a flight of stairs as my aunt uses a waker. A bigger problem was the TV did not work. The electricity was off in the morning. It went off at 6:45am was still off when we left at 10:30am so the was nothing hot including coffee for breakfast. I was told I would recieve a discount due to tv not working. Still have received no refund and it is almost a week.”

“Great location for someone wanting to be close to Lake Natoma to paddleboard. It’s about 15-20 mins from the mall and the outdoor shops. It’s across the street from historic downtown Folsom. Shops close early but the restaurants and bars are open late. The hotel is old but it has charm. The rooms have always been clean when we stay and the house keeping staff is very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning ladies are always in a good mood and welcoming. There are other hotels a few miles away but……

“The room was just ok. The bed was. On that great and the pillows were awful. Staff was wonderful. The location was great for driving to grab a bite or do some shopping. The place itself is old and could reallly use some updating. The elevator to the building next to main building, is at the other end of the building. So if you are upstairs you must walk to the other side, take the elevator up and then walk back to your room. Breakfast was wonderful.”
