"The room smelled heavy like smoke. The man at the counter came in and sprayed lysol all over. Said he only had one other room and it was on the opposite side of the building where several people that lived there were hanging out with there Pit Bull and big Husky dogs. I took the stinky room cause it was getting late. I went out the next morning and there was a guy taking a shower in the fire hydrant in the front of the building. The air conditioner was super loud. I got a wash cloth and wiped a spot on the floor. It came back black. Yuck. The cabinets had water damage and the floor was buckling and lifting."

"I asked for a room where I can see my car from the parking lot when I arrived because I was worried of all the homeless people with the lady did not help accommodate that. I came down for my birthday, so it was not very pleasant getting there when I arrived the next day I spoke with a different lady at the front desk and she was able to help me move rooms. The whole thing was very frustrating."

"The young lady who checked me in needs to be trained to communicate better with customers. My room was paid in advance. After taking my information and checking me in, she said it's a $100.00 deposit for the room. I asked if they were going to use the card I used when making my reservation. She could have just said, a card is needed for the deposit if $100.00. Her attitude gave off that she didn't want to be there."
