"Pool was dirty, I was there for a full week and no one cleaned the pool! The kids had to use the Jacuzzi. It’s a great spot to be in Downtown Sacramento and close to everything in downtown. Staff was rude! We ask to have our rooms close by then they said it was full and we see multiple rooms empty in our floor. We ask for butter for breakfast and they were rude and mentioned they don’t have any. Sink were filled w mold and our sheet had stains so we took them off and bought a reusable sheet to add on top on the bed and reusable blankets."
