Evening staff person was super nice and upgraded our room when we asked to be moved from a room close to the dining room. It was no problem and she was happy to change our room. She was pleasant and sweet. Food was not bad and had quite a few selections. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and quick to help with needs that we had. It is a beautiful hotel and maintained well. The rooms were so clean and the premium bedding was so comfy. It is in a great location, not too busy but close enough to shopping mall and other attractions. I would definitely stay again!

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve been to in Fairmont. I’ve never been to West Virginia in general, but most of the party that stayed for a wedding in Mannington stayed here. It was a great time and breakfast was amazing!

I had mistakenly booked my stay at the other hotel about 20 minutes away same name just different location and the young man working helped me and kinda walked me through the steps to take to fix my situation and once I got off the phone with Hotels.com and booked my new room at the correct location the young man was very nice and was very pleasant to talk to. I had a unique situation as my car had broken down as I was passing through Bridgeport and I was waiting for the dealership to inform me...

What a great surprise to find this inn. We will be back next year. Great location. Excellent staff. Rooms were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of water pressure for your hot shower. They even have a place to eat and have a nice drink at the end of the day. Can't recommend this place enough. Thanks! See you next year!!

Really beautiful property with beautiful amenities. I will say that our meal the first night (in the bar), was cold and not great, but the next meal we had at the clubhouse was fantastic, as were the breakfasts we had at the more formal sit-down restaurant. We will definitely come back..

The employees Sherri and Pam were extremely helpful when I checked-in. The storm had knocked out the power and I was unprepared to stay at a hotel with my animals. Sherri helped me get them out of the car and into my room. It could've been horrible but those 2 ladies made my stay so much easier.
