“Initial check-in was okay with the exception that we had a non-smoking room booked. Once we got to our room there was an awful smell. The house cleaner was in the hall and overheard one of the boys say how awful our room smelt. Here is when we were told that a prior guest smoked in the room 3 days ago and the had a smoke eliminator machine in there trying to get the smell out.
We then went to front desk; the new concierge was able to get us the last room directly across the hall. This room was……
