Very Disappointing Experience
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The customer service at the front desk was horrible. The staff member was incredibly rude, especially when my daughter was simply trying to purchase an item. His attitude was so unpleasant that he actually made my daughter cry. No guest, especially a child, should be treated that way.
The breakfast was also very disappointing. The food was poor quality, and the coffee was terrible.
For the price we paid, we expected much better service and a much more welcoming experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. The management really needs to address the customer service and overall guest experience.
