Waterfront 5 Bedroom Grindstone Island Farmhouse

"I do not think the pictures in the listing capture how nice this farmhouse is. My family had an amazing week exploring the island, swimming at the dock, and enjoying the area. We rented a boat to get access to the island. Boating in this area might not be great for an inexperienced boater like we were. Lots of hazards so you need to be careful. A few days were windy so we had to use a water taxi because it was too rough for our small boat. We had an amazing time, it was quite an adventure for us!"

"Beautiful location close to a state park/beach, public boat launch, restaurants and grocery store. The house is beautiful with plenty of space. There was one towel per person and no beach towels so you might want to bring extra towels."

"The room was a decent size, the bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. A bit disappointed that our room(#8) didn’t have any outdoor seating the other rooms were occupied. It would have felt more welcoming if we were able to sit and engage others without being intrusive."
