"I was over charged! Front desk lied saying they only had 1 room left to convince me to book through them vs hotels tonight. When we arrived at 9pm, there were only 4 cars in the parking lot. When I asked the front desk if they were fully booked, she said they were only about 10% full! Our heat did not work. Had to repack and move to another room."
