"The woman who checked me in couldn't have been nicer! She helped get me settled for an early check in and helped me navigate the shuttle from the airport as well. I liked the retro bone of my room. Would choose to stay here again."

However, when I talked to the person at the front desk (Chelsea), she changed my room without hesitation and provided a better option that suited me. Chelsea was absolutely so professional and friendly. She truly made my stay pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely book this hotel again.
