My family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The Lakeview Restaurant was a huge surprise! We were expecting overpriced mediocre food but our dinner was fantastic! Everything in the hotel was clean for the most part. The indoor pool area could use some attention. The rooms and pools could use some updating, but overall the whole resort was pretty great. Would stay again if in the area. The sunset over Lake Bellaire was absolutely gorgeous.

The location is great. The conditions of the hotel, not so much. Our sheets looked slept in, hair everywhere and very wrinkly. The ice container had water in it with hair and food floating in it. The lobby smelled moldy. I was told by a local that the hotel is in a transition phase with switching owners. Hopefully it will improve because the location it amazing!

There is no hot water when we arrived. Waited for the whole day, still no progress. The staff is polite but not very helpful in providing alternative solutions. So we checked out early. Expedia contacted the hotel for refund and no one is answering the email or the phone call. So yeah, I got ghosted.
