Very friendly and helpful staff. When we went to our room, the window was open, and we were concerned about being on the first floor because the window did not seem to lock. The staff member said that our comfort was his priority and he would gladly move us to the second floor if we wished, but he accompanied me back to the room and showed me how the window closes, locks, and has an additional safety glass panel! We stayed in that room all week. Very quiet. Great location. I would stay...

This is a very beautiful hotel. I make it a point to compare every hotel I stay at, and this one stands out.
Allowing two dogs free of charge is a great bonus. The area is beautiful, and the lighting throughout the hotel is excellent—especially helpful for people with low vision.
The hotel is ADA accessible, and the staff all have great attitudes and provide excellent service.
The lobby is truly five-star, and the room is fabulous.
I would give this hotel 5 stars. The only thing I noticed...

We loved the property, and the room , but the elevator was on hold for at least 20 minutes, they told us the roof top was priority as they had a private event, I felt like because we only paid for one night we weren’t important, other then this small issue the hotel is very unique , love the fact they have bottles of wine at the room and the LP player with real vinyl records is amazing ! I’m staying there for Christmas and new years celebrations!

We have been staying at the Quality Inn for years,that changed yesterday! We stayed at the Hampton and will never stay anywhere else from now on. Great free breakfast,super friendly staff,indoor pool,Cracker Barrel right next door,and super close to I-90. And pretty much the same price.Hampton fans for life!
