“The worst hotel experience! Very dirty, mold in corners, mice scat everywhere! Mice chewed through my snacks on counter. The vent in bathroom and heater/AC vent both full of lint, as if not cleaned in months. roaches hiding in bathroom. Signs everywhere for 250$ smokers cleaning fee and the room already reeks of cigarette smoke from other rooms. The continental breakfast was very lame, just bread for toast and cereal. coffee and juice. Also windows very outdated, children could easily fall out.”

“Extremely disappointed. The room key never worked so I could only get in the room if the clerk let me in. But the clerk was nice enough to come let me in the room. The toilet flush lever was broken off so I had to open the tank and reach into the watertank to pull up the flapper valve to flush the toilet. The HVAC unit was plugged into an outlet laying on the floor with conduit into the wall. The outlet did not have a cover, so it would be possible to reach past the plug into the box and touch……

“Price: The motel charged me $84 despite expedia’s $76 with tax that shows the motel admin charged me their rate ignoring expedia fare that never happened to me before. Take action! Security deposit: $50 deposit was charged in cash not from my credit card referring policy. What if I didn’t have cash? They placed an ATM machine so guests could withdraw money for a $10 fee earning to the motel - smart way to earn more money. Or maybe save the bank cost or not being highly knowledgeable to charged……
