NOTICE: The pool at Spanish Main will be closed from the beginning of November to mid December due to necessary repairs. During this time, guests will be provided with passes to the heated pool at Cosmik Tiki, which is just a 3-minute drive or an 11-minute walk from Spanish Main.

Take a break by the beach in this cozy, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, ground floor walkout condo with an ocean view. This condo has a full kitchen, furnished patio, heated pool and private beach access.

Spanish Main 58 is a half-mile from downtown Cocoa Beach, and an easy walk to popular local restaurants, bars and shops. Visit the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier, just three miles up the coast, where you can soak up the views, shop, enjoy live entertainment and dine right over the water. This condo was absolutely amazing! The beach is steps away. It’s so comfortable and clean. We even extended our stay a day - which was so easy and complete 15 minutes after our request. We will stay here every time we come to Cocoa Beach. It’s centrally located near every place you’d want to be in town. I don’t have enough words for how much we enjoyed ourselves here!

The prefect Beach vacation

We enjoyed walking and relaxing on the beach, swimming in the ocean and even back at the room we still had that million-dollar view of the ocean and the nice pool. Cocoa Beach is very low key with nice shops and restaurants.

Good location. Beach front property and ground floor unit. Close proximity to restaurants and downtown area. Nicely appointed. We did contact mgmt. A/C unit not cooling. Mgmt. Was prompt in sending someone to look at A/C. Had it up and running quickly. Had a nice relaxing stay!

Perfect beach front location

We had a great stay here. The rooms were comfortable, the condo had all the amenities we needed and the location to the beach could not be better. Morning sunrises from the patio were fantastic and the short walk to the beach was perfect. The pool was quiet and had lots of lounge chairs. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Enjoyed our weekend at this unit! Exactly as described. Loved the view and that it was just steps to the ocean. Very clean and cozy. Just perfect for my husband and I. Would definitely love to return.

Location was the best

Steps from the beach and close to many good restaurants. Highly recommend 4th street Fillin station across the street. I would also recommend to the property manager to install nicer grills for outside cooking. Will definitely return.
