Needs TLC
This uni/t was convenient. However, it needs a ton of renovations, upgrades, painting, etc. I would have been embarrassed had we brought our friends with us. We had a lot of trouble with big ants and a gecko/lizard lives in the condo somewhere. We would see him every night. The ceiling in the mb is falling away, the doors to closet in mb only half works, the hallway closet doors are a mess, the doors in the spare bedroom need a lot of help. The screen on the sliding glass doors don’t move. The whole inside needs updated. Sorry, but very disappointed.

Great Location
Wonderful location, can't beat beachfront. The property was nice, a little older and a little trash in the year. The condo was beautifully decorated, but it too was a little tired. Half of the master bedroom's closet door was on the floor, sliding door screen didn't work. Needs paint and a good thorough cleaning. All in all it was fairly good.

Great Getaway
This condo was perfect for our long weekend getaway (two couples). It was well stocked and there was plenty of room. The location was great -- so close to many bars and restaurants and right on the beach!

Awesome Experience
Condo was just as described. Excellent location with extra amenities for beach and pool access. Everything we needed was present. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. I had one question about cleaning prior to arrival that was answered quickly and thoroughly. My family would definitely stay there again.

Overall good place with direct beach access
All was as it should be. The only issue is that the upstairs occupants tend to be unaware of the noise they make when running back and forth or moving/dragging furniture across the floor. Their floor is your ceiling.

Adorable, quiet, spacious, and perfectly located on the beach. Very large bedrooms, clean bathrooms, and great views from master bedroom of the beach. Very nice pool and courtyard to use for activities like cornhole :)

This was a very family-friendly spot! We all enjoyed our stay. The ocean view was lovely and being on the ground floor made it very easy to haul all the things kids require for the beach. We will definitely return!

The property itself was fabulous, but our condo was very old and needed updating badly! Patio chairs were awful, the only comfortable piece of furniture in the place was the bed! The beach supplies, towels, and chairs were neither non existent or no towels at all! The amount of money for we spent was certainly more than the condo was worth! 😥😥

We’ve been to the area many times and this is a great place that is about as close to the beach as you can get and in a great location for all attractions. Condo was clean and great for our family of 4. Owner/managers were really nice with great communication and check in/check out was a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again and thank you for sharing your place!

Can't wait to come back
We absolutely loved this condo. It was clean and had a great location. The kitchen was just the right size and stocked nicely with items. Lots of beach items were available too. We loved how the beach wasn't overly crowded and we could have our space. We never did get parking passes so we had to park in the garage which wasn't horrible just kind of a pain. Obviously not a big enough pain for me to continue to call and bug them about lol We have already looked to book the same place next year:)

Good location, needs updating
Loved the location, but some updating is past due. Mattress in master was uncomfortable. Window vertical blinds need replacing. We had to tape up a couple that were missing. Blackout curtains would be great since sun comes up on that side. Sofa is worn out. Hard to get up out of it.

We have been going to Spanish Main for 20+ years so We are familiar with the location and property. Our condo had a couple of things that could use some attention. There was part of the ceiling coming off in the main bedroom as well as missing blinds. There were also missing blinds in the family room as well. The bathroom in the main bedroom could’ve been a little cleaner too. Overall we had a pleasant stay but the condo could use some TLC.

I spoke with property manager about our issues. I feel we paid top dollar for a mediocre place. It needs some TLC and some other things. We had friends in 2 different condos that paid less and had much nicer condos. Spanish Main is a great location and we rented a different unit for next winter.
