Oceanfront FANTASTIC VIEW, large balcony, 2/2 condo

The views from this unit are nothing short of spectacular. This unit is on the third floor / WALK UP/ with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a large living and kitchen area. Included are beach chairs, beach umbrella and towels. There is plenty of parking but will need to fill out paperwork in advance for parking pass. The pass must be returned to avoid 50.00 fee
Perfect location walking distance to Grocery store and very close to restaurants, The Cocoa beach pier, famous Ron Jons and Cape Canaveral. There is a washer and dryer in this unit available for your use but no soap provided due to preferences. There is also a large coin operated laundry facility on premises for larger loads. This unit has been updated with all new stainless appliances, new tile flooring in common areas, new guest vanity and toilet, new paint 1/2024. Pool is heated.

The views from the balcony were spectacular. The condo was clean and functional. My stay was pleasant and enjoyable.The only negative was we were on a third floor with no elevator.

Place was clean and suited our needs . Place andThe complex could use some updating , front slider would not lock. Beach chair were there for use but could use a new set as one did not look safe . Most importantly it should be noted that it is a 3rd floor walk up and the stairs are steep .

Fun and Quiet Trip to Cocoa Beach

This was a sister and auntie annual trip. We loved the property - excellent location and views. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet you will only be minutes from groceries and restaurants. Deanne was a great communicator and addressed any issues. Condo could use some updating and a floor lamp, yet it was very clean and we enjoyed it. We didn't get to see a launch because it was postponed. Kennedy Space Center is a must-do for anyone who visits!

LOVE the view. Love the patio. Easy to get in and out of. We arrived late At Night and it was super easy. The only suggestion we have is some dish towels m the kitchen. Nicely supplied and decorated.

Cocoa beach stay

View from the rental was lovely with a large balcony. We got to watch a rocket launch from the balcony! It went across in front. Beach access is pretty quick. Shells on this beach were awesome and great sand for sand castles. Grocery and food delivery possible, but everything is close by as well. Communication with host was quick. We had a great time! Recommend!

All about the View!

This place was the bomb! Very clean, airy, roomy. The star of this place is the balcony. It’s huge! Full oceanfront view of the beautiful uncrowded beach! Watch cruise ships and surfers. Everything you need for the beach-chairs, umbrellas, toys. Wish we could have stayed a whole week but we were going on a cruise. Highly recommend!

June vacation

The room and location were great. The beach was not overcrowded. The balcony was great! It was large with plenty of seating for a family. We watched a rocket launch from our balcony! The kitchen had sufficient supplies. Washer and dryer worked fine. The building is going through some renovations but didn’t hinder anything with our trips to the beach to and from our room. The host stayed in touch and responded with every message! The lady in the managers office at the condo was also very nice and helpful!

Birthday getaway

We had a great stay at the condo. The communication was very easy, all our questions prior to the stay were answered promptly. We enjoyed the view so much, the balcony was very spacious. The location is fantastic. We were able to see (and hear) the launch, it was amazing. Not only you are steps away from the beach, you are also just across the street from Publix and near restaurants. Everything was provided as described. Beds were a little firm for our taste but everything was clean and taken care of. You are on a 3rd floor without an elevator (as decribed on the ad) but it wasn't an issue for us. Unit might be a bit dated but we will definitely return if we are staying in the area. We had no issues and enjoyed our time at the beach.

Can’t Beat the View

This condo is well equipped with everything you need for a very lovely beachfront getaway. I was amazed at the view of the ocean the second I entered the condo. Sliding glass door & a large picture window allows that gorgeous 3rd floor view. The balcony is spacious & private with 2 high top bar stools & 2 chairs. Although there were large family groups the condo was surprisingly quiet indoors. The master suite is roomy with tons of storage space. The guest room bright & cheerful with twin beds. Plenty of open space in the living room. Private access to the beach is secured with locked iron gate. There is an outdoor shower & hose on the private boardwalk to help prevent sand from being tracked into the condo. I was traveling solo & felt very safe during my stay. I will definitely stay there again. The only negative issue is the front screen door is badly in need of replacement. Property manager aware & stated owner will replace asap.

Awesome location on the beach

I like the location. Could watch the boat races and easy access to the beach. The unit is getting old and would benefit with renovation. Overall a good stay. A little noisy at night with equipment on the roof.

It was a nice condo and good location with easy access to the beach. You can’t beat the view!!I would need a place with an elevator in the future. The outside of the property was not kept up well and it’s an older area. It had good access to grocery stores and restaurants.
