Riu Aquarelle has an amazing team! During my recent visit with my family, we all had a wonderful time. Every hotel staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and a joy to interact with throughout our stay. The entertainment was phenomena!!!! From the Michael Jackson Show to the History of Jamaica Show, the Rock and Roll Show, and the fun poolside activities. There was always something exciting to enjoy, and every member of our family found something they loved. A special thank you to Tiffani at breakfast, Munga, and the entire entertainment team for creating such a memorable experience. Your energy, professionalism, and dedication truly made our stay unforgettable. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the lighting in the 6th-floor hallway and ensure that the floors in that area are cleaned more regularly. I understand that many guests come and go throughout the day, but better maintenance of that hallway would be helpful. Overall, our family thoroughly enjoyed the trip and would love to return in the future.
