“Hibiscus is a hotel that harks back to the simple island feel. I do not want to impressed by the frills and glitz and then overcharged. Hibiscus had a comfortable clean bed and the room was excellent. I had a deluxe double and the balcony was excellent for relaxing. I took a walk down the stairs on the property and was able to swim to the popular snorkelling area and the tourist beach was not too far to the right. I wore earplugs to quiet the nightlife which was not excessive and was……

“Only thing I had an issue with was the channels and the netflix on the tv. Other than that one thing, I enjoyed my stay. I spent time in the pool on the beach by the bar. Tried the wings which were really good and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly and helped me find my way around. They answered every question I could think to ask. Thanks again”

“The security guards, Mr. Green and Mr. Brooks, were incredibly helpful and made sure we had a wonderful stay at the hotel while sightseeing. Breakfast was served on time, and they addressed all our concerns. They were so kind and welcoming. We could watch our favorite channels, the hotel room was spacious, and housekeeping kept the space neat. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to others visiting Jamaica.”

“This property is at beautiful location.. Minutes from the town of Ocho Rios,restaurants all attractions within the area. The only issue I had with this resort was maintainance. However the issue can be overlooked as the ambiance is top tier. This is my second time as this property and I have seen improvements so as per my assumption they are upgrading. I would recommend this property to all travellers.”

It was the worse place I’ve stayed owner and manager was rude Red ants 🐜 was all over on bed I couldn’t sleep because of the ants there was mold in the bathroom it smells and when I ask to move to a next room they said I will have to pay for it myself my vacation was ruining 😤😤😤”

“The stay was awful, upon arrival there was no one to check us in. The rooms need to be upgraded' no wifi was provided television wasn't working. There wasn't any security guard on the property didn't felt safe.”

“Beautiful house, there was also toiletries in the bathroom. Looks even better in person. Safe gated community. Even outside the gates are safe. This is a great place to stay to be safe but also live the life of a local”
