“The staff was friendly, loved the fruit trees and was able to get local fruit from the property. Loved the breakfast. Did not like that there was no real beach on the property. The small beach area was more for stronger swimmers as the water was very deep.”
“The hotel is outdated. Needs a lot of maintenance outside & inside. The ants in the room are a problem. Lizards get in the room under the space in the front door/ porch door. The water pressure is non existent. The mattress was disgusting!!!

“My stay at The Cardiff Hotel & Spa in Runaway Bay is a true gem. The staff was warm and attentive, making me feel welcome.
Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with reliable amenities. The property was beautiful with some amazing views. We did not go into the pool, but I visited the beach and had a wonderful time in the water.
We had breakfast at the well‑kept dining area, and it was so, so delicious; the food was 10/10.
