“Room, bathroom and bedding furniture & fixtures, etc was old rusted & dated!
I came in from the USA staying for 5 days, my siblingsandI. There were NO WASH RAGS & and management refused to provide any, even after great pleading. I had to go to local store to purchase some. The bath & face towels were rough and discolored too!
TV didn't work for all 5 days, attempted to repair was to no avail... Regretted my staying there... Management offered no compensation & no remorse!.”
“The room was cleaned upon arrival. However wifi only worked for a few minutes one day and never worked again. There was no housekeeping service and qas told if I wanted housekeeping that is an additional cost.”
“I love the room that I got. It was cleannn the bathroom as well. I felt like home. The staff were Soo kind the breakfast is excellent. I love pineapple court hotel. I stayed there for my birthday yesterday and it was a 10/10!🙏. Still can’t get over the room it was well kept!”
