I think the owners should allow a lease of the room where someone can invest in fixing up the rooms and rent it for the market price and pay the owner what the normally would charge. "Ive been staying here over 15 years beautiful place, could use lots of updates in apartment but we aren't here for rhe room its the location to everything. Fisherman Point offers beach passes for 2 beaches to enter free. The staff is amazing from housekeepers to groundsmen. I would highly recommended this to couple, families. Bring your own floats as they are triple the price here and maybe a music box other than that book cause its worth it."
