The property was nice except for the woman at the desk sent us to the back entrance which had steps for my friend who has a walker and a scooter to get in the building and there was only one luggage cart to be found which made it very difficult to load and unload luggage. We did finally find another even closer entrance than what she had told us that allowed her to enter without as much difficulty.
Upon checkout, the hotel had charged me in addition to Expedia who I had already paid. Luckily, I did catch that and said they would refund it. I just hope they do. Now I’m worried that some of the other hotels may have double charged me as well. Hoping this issue is resolved immediately!
Loved the shower! Clean hotel. Comfortable beds. No free breakfast though.
