“I chose this hotel because of the good reviews and location. After a long bike tour, I wanted a hassle-free stay and paid $77 USD for one night.

“The place was not functioning. It was closed. Nobody opened the door. We waited 35 minutes outside. No answer. We were left to find a new spot on a Saturday at 9 pm with 2 children.
