“It is centrally located in Colac with only 5 mins drive to Lake Colac. The room is very clean and tidy, and the reception is very friendly and helpful.”
“We were greeted by a very friendly staff member, after having a chat and completing our check in , we were very happy with our allotted room . The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. A very quiet place to stay within easy walking distance to Lake Colac , botanical gardens and many eateries including the RSL which is across the road. Probably the only complaint as with many motels is the 1 ply toilet paper , nothing that $3 couldn’t fix 😊

“This was by far the worst stay I have had in my life.
Upon arrival we found our room was not cleaned properly for a while, surfaces were either dusty or dirty with stains. The toilet was clearly not cleaned as we could tell from the leftovers in it. The whole room smelt moldy.
Hair were on the bed and in the drawers.
Corners were full of dead flies and dust.
When entering the room we wanted to leave instantly. As we arrived quite late at night and the location is a bit remote we did not have……
