“The tap knob in the shower was broken, my kids got burnt while I was trying to adjust the water. The restaurant right across the street is a plus.”

“Spotless. Historic. But, the grounds are lacking. No outdoor activities other than deck eating. There are beautiful views of the Hudson River. Otherwise, a bit stuffy in the lobby.”

“It was a little bit of a maze to find the room and the hallways looked dated and there was a bit of a smell, but once we got to the room it felt like I was in a different place lol. The room was clean, had no smell, more amenities than a regular hotel, shower with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable, smart TV, full fridge with freezer. Very happy with the room”

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The stairways are carpeted, and parts of the carpet are loose, creating a safety hazard. They were also noticeably dirty. Unfortunately, the room was even worse. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke along with another unpleasant odor that I couldn't identify. The carpet was filthy, the wallpaper was peeling, and the furniture was old and worn down. Even the room doors looked neglected. Instead of proper room number signs, the numbers were……

“They remove the room from being free due a housekeeper calling in sick No clean rooms when coming from work 12 am and the staff told there are no rooms and get a refused from booking agency. I could not get another motel. Please don't come here.”
