I would have rated it a 1 except for the excellent staff. The whole place needs a major overhaul. The walls have holes, there was red smeared on the wall (hoping it was lipstick and not blood), mold by the sink and on the lamp shade and little bugs flying everywhere. Other than the customer service the only other good thing about this place was the water pressure in the shower. I think honestly the staff is doing the best they have with the place they are working with but home office needs to renovate. The area is so nice and they place looks so outdated and out of place. It could be so much better. Unless changes are made we would never stay there again.

I the hot water was just warm and hard to see the dial to figure out what was the hottest setting. My computer could not connect to the internet so I was unable to work in my room.
