My name is Dan; I own my own Plumbing And Heating Business, and I manage this property and one in Estes Park Colorado! This is not owned or operated by any corporate outfit. Both businesses keep me very busy. My daughter is very active in volleyball, choir, and art; and is a wonderful student. COLLEGE STATION GEM
2nd stay here. Well appointed, cozy, clean and the owners have thoughtfully provided all the amenities you need. Linens were ultra clean and the beds so comfortable. Pet friendly community and they even have a little (very little) dog park for off leash potty breaks. Love staying here and will miss visiting after the Aggie graduates. 👍

Everything was just as advertised. Clean, very comfortable, had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. No issues with internet access, which was important to me as I was working remotely. I would definitely recommend this place. The only minor inconvenience is that it is a condo complex located on the edge of a commercial area, so there isn’t really a “neighborhood” with sidewalks or trails, so nowhere to take a daily walk from the place. But as long as you have a car, it is an easy drive to any number of parks in the area where you can walk.
