"The bathroom toilet was loose anytime it was used, it shook. The shower was horrible; it needed caulking and to be updated. Water stains with damaged material was off the wall. Housekeeping is outsourced so access to clean materials were limited. The paper towels in the kitchenette looked like they were reused from the previous occupants before I checked in. The front desk did not have anymore to provide so I had to purchase my own from the nearest Target. The room appeared clean except for the curtains looked like they had sexual secretions. My keycard would not access the pool area. The breakfast bar was ok. I have food allergies and it’s self-serviced with nuts in close proximity to the foods. I think every patron should have been instructed to disinfect their hands or have staff serve patrons. The breakfast bar depleted fast due to inconsiderate guests taking multiple plates of food back to their rooms. I would not stay here again."

"Pros - The common areas and our room were clean and well maintained. The pool and spa were a big hit with our grandchildren. The staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast offered a variety of foods to start the day. Cons - The fitness room was under construction. This wasn’t an issue for us, but would have been an issue if the pool was under construction. I have learned to call the hotel before booking to make sure the amenities I want are in working order. I had reserved a crib/pack-n-play for our room, but they didn’t have any."

"The facilities were adequate but lackluster for the considerable cost. The location really helps boost the value, but the room is definitely dated, the amenities are lackluster, the included benefits like coffee pods and breakfast are very minimal. A basic vending machine is the only thing that would provide soda and water, so you are limited to leaving the location to get other, more appropriate supplies. My biggest complaint is the size and layout of the bathroom, which is very dated and very poorly configured, making it feel much tighter and restricted than necessary. The staff was generally nice, but during breakfast the manager complained about other customers very publicly, in what I assume was a display of shaming to encourage other customers to fall into line."

"This property does not match its reputation or name. The driveway is full of deep potholes. The room lacked basic amenities. Most frustratingly, the room was clean on the surface but there was actual garbages under the bed. Housekeeping and management needs to step up."
