We were doing college tours in the area, like Villanova, which was only 5 minutes away, and at the end of the week I completed the Women’s Philadelphia triathlon, which was only 18 minutes away. Dave was extremely responsive when I had special requests and it is a very safe area. The front bedroom is close to the street so on the weekdays there is some traffic noise but there is a white noise machine to help with that. ”

“Glenn's 2BR with Balcony, Views & Parking unit in Manayunk was really sweet. The balcony and view were great. Parking spot was great. Central air is a bonus. Keeping in mind your accessibility/mobility needs, there are four flights of stairs in total - about 7 steps to the entrance door, 12 steps to the unit door, 12 steps to the main level of the unit, 12 steps to the upper bedroom. I had to weigh the needs of my visiting family knowing that things like parking and 1.5 bathrooms were really……

“Nice location on the main line and the listing represents the place accurately. The climate control works well, and the unit is comfortable. Some of the interior is a bit dated and dirty looking, and the primary bedroom bed is squeaky and otherwise a bit uncomfortable.”

“I chose this home because it was close to my son's family who had just moved to the area. It provided us enough area to have our family to visit and our grandsons to spend an overnight. It's across the street from a park and splash pad for them and near places to eat. The only drawback for us was the two different flights of stairs. Overall, it's a lovely place that's roomy, clean, and comfortable. ”
