“The house is one of several in a courtyard in a commercial district. The courtyard is calm, although we could sometimes hear children playing in it—a nice sound not bothersome. There is lots of open space in the house and it accommodated our group of 9 easily. The dining room table accommodated us and our visiting in-laws. The kids loved having the beaches—both public and private—near by. We found a good Thai and Italian neighborhood restaurants . We would definitely pick this house again.”

“Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick über die ganze Stadt. Wir hatten hohe Außentemperaturen, jedoch konnten wir dank der Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss bei angenehmen Temperaturen sehr gut schlafen. Zu Fuß und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar, so dass man das Auto getrost stehen lassen kann. Der letzte Bus bis fast zum Haus fährt allerdings kurz nach 20 Uhr,...

“This was a great property , location was excellent, the views from the house were breathtaking, very near to shops and the flower market , a short walk to the bus terminus , where you can travel to Monaco and beyond . The house is very well equipped and large enough that you are not on top of each other , we had a wonderful stay and would love to stay again”

“Nathalie has done a wonderful job refurbishing this property. Her styling of the home was tasteful and beautiful. The home itself sits high on a hill, and hence there are stairs to climb. However every step is worth it for the beautiful views across the rooftops to the ocean. The outdoor space is private, shady and comfortable. I encourage anyone wanting to rent a property in Nice to look at Nathlie's place. The photos do not do it justice.”
