“We were only here 1 night, but would stay again. Loved the animals and the very friendly black cat! There were 3 twin mattresses upstairs, which accommodated our party of 5 perfectly. My only tip for others coming to the property is to save the entry/wifi details to your phone while you have phone coverage, because you may not have coverage when you get there.”

“Great communication. The place was perfect. Extremely well stocked with everything anyone could ever need. You will not find a nicer place with outstanding views. Perfect!!!!”

“The host lives on the adjacent property and greeted us when we arrived. He is warm, welcoming, and provided fresh milk, eggs, and artisan cheese from Finney Farm just down the road. We spent a week hiking southern Utah. Water Canyon is a 5 min drive and was our first hike. Zion is approximately 45 min, Bryce is 1.5 hours, North Rim is 1.5 hours. Times vary with traffic but we got lost in the scenery and time passed quickly. Hildale/Colorado City may seem remote but it’s close to everything……

“Great property for couples and even if you have a couple children. My friend and I especially enjoyed feeding the animals and the coziness of this location. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in Utah. Only thing I would share for improvements is to have extra wash cloths”

“The property was as described! The farm animals were well taken care of and very cute and friendly; the mini house was very well equipped. All in all we the stay was perfect. Would not change a thing! Important to note that the time change between AZ and UT is 1 hour - from Spring to Fall so that needs to be taken into consideration when traveling to Zion after Spring Ahead but before Fall Back time changes.”

“Make no mistake, this place is off the grid. But it is beautiful in so many ways. The exterior, the interior and the beautiful added touch of a sauna. I really enjoyed staying here. Just one piece of advice, I'm the type of person who doesn't read instructions and just tries to figure it out on my own. Don't do that when you're trying to find this place because you won't have any phone signal for several miles before you get to it. When I did finally reach out to the host he was incredibly……

“The cabin was fine, nothing special. If I have a complaint it's that the place is hard to find. There's also nobody around to talk to or check in with. If not for me trying the combination on one of the units, we would have gone to another hotel and complained that the listing didn't exist.This is on an active farm.”

“The cave dwelling is AMAZING!!!! Off the beaten path for sure but the craftsman of this structure has a gift , extremely clean, had all you need plus some, dont hesitate book now”
