“So so disappointed! The room was pretty much wall-to-wall bed (king size) and the area around the bed was so narrow barely room to walk with one side only able to walk sideways. “We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was small but had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very comfortable for us. The property was close to everything we wanted to do and close to the freeway as well. We were traveling with a small trailer and we were able to park that with our truck right in front of this cabin, which was a bonus. “The bathroom was not cleaned between guest. There were poop stains on the toilet. The fridge had the previous guests food in it and the TV didn’t work. Front desk lady blames us for rushing her because we showed up 30 min early for our check in time. She moved us to a different room that was not much better. The room temp would either be burning hot or freezing cold. No in between. You are better off staying in a hotel.”

“Loved our stay at Cozy Mountain Cabin! It was so peaceful being among the trees. Saw deer almost every morning crossing right in front of the cabin! We had everything we needed for our stay. Cabin was clean and ready when we got there. It was very close to town and was easy to get to the Grand Canyon Railway for our jaunt to the canyon. Chris was excellent in the communication area also. Would definitely stay there again if we were in area and would recommend it to family and friends.”

“To start this is located in a dirty neighborhood, not secluded nor is there a comfortable place to sit outside where everyone isn’t just watching what the renters are up to. The fire pit is in poor condition, who knows when the property photos were taken. Don't try to cook-no space-plastic utensils and cutting boards are cracked and shedding, very old dishes, stainless ware, simply trash. Rustic does not describe this situation. Not well stocked by far, S&P shakers disgusting, no other spices,……
