“My partner and I loved this spot! There were a couple issues that come with the territory of a tiny house cabin (power outages if too many appliances/lights used at once, BYO drinking water recommended) but the property was very charming. We had a great time saying hi to the animals on the property (including a charming little cat who was more than happy to curl up on our laps outside) and the fire pit. Other than it being a bit further from Zion National Park than would be ideal, we would……

“Everything was great. Had everything you would need for a longer stay. Kitchen was well equiped. The black goat was especially friendly. The Verbo messaging system was a little annoying, but that is not the property's fault. My email had a different door code than my message in the app, but it all worked out. The only thing I would add would be a shelf in the shower.”

“We always love our stay at the Wild West 40! This is definitely the tiniest of their tiny homes, but it was plenty of room for 2 adults and 1 kiddo. The beds were comfy, the shower water pressure was great, and the kitchen was sufficient for cooking our meals. The critters outside are definitely friendly and we enjoyed feeding Stella and Sweetie and their calves carrots, along with Kincaid, Trigger, and the goats. The chickens kindly provided us with fresh eggs for breakfast!”

“The cabin was fine, nothing special. If I have a complaint it's that the place is hard to find. There's also nobody around to talk to or check in with. If not for me trying the combination on one of the units, we would have gone to another hotel and complained that the listing didn't exist. This is on an active farm.”

“The photo was better than the cabin. There was way too much communication about how hard the place was to find. It was easy. There were two chairs. One had a busted leg. There was a fridge, but it only froze (and ruined some of my food.) on the other hand, there was a microwave that I did not expect, which was very welcome. It was quiet, clean. The phone number listed on the website brought me to a local hotel. The staff there knew nothing about the Vrbo, which required a lot of communication to……

(We didn't do that, but liked the option) Pool and hot tub nice and in working order, it was great to come back from hiking national parks to soak and swim.”
