We had a great stay at this quaint, little cottage. It was clean, well equipped and so cute. We loved the outdoor space on the big balcony. The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything. It really is Manitou's hidden gem. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful scenery. The tiny home was perfect sized. The backyard was a mountain. The local wildlife was amazing. And Manitou springs has so much to offer and so close. This place was a win win

Was very clear in listing that it was more like a tiny home, perfect for what we needed for just the two of us. Very clean upon arrival, easy check in and clear communication on parking and how to enter unit. Close to all the destinations we were planning to visit on our trip.

Close to everywhere I wanted to go. I could easily walk to the downtown and to trail heads. Garden of the Gods was 1 mile away. I really enjoyed my stay and it met my needs.

cute romantic getaway

The hosts were very warm and personable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Manitou Springs at the VRBO, it was quiet and tucked away. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The parking was convenient and the views were exceptional. Would recommend this VRBO to friends.

Wonderful

This is a small and quaint property located within walking distance of downtown Manitou. It is the perfect getaway from "city living" with a minimalist feel to it. The bed was a little smaller and firmer than I'd like but all else was great!

Very relaxing, calming stay! Loved brining our corgi along and when we had a hiccup with the keypad they responded in no time! Thank you we will return if given the chance.

Perfect Little Patio

This property is most definitely a hidden gem! Perfect location, very comfortable unit, private laundry, extra clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches to enhance our stay. But the best part was the little patio.

The property is very nice, we enjoyed our visit, we would definitely stay here again .The only issues we had was the window in the bedroom needs to be cleaned and pet hair. Other than that it was fabulous

This is a nice spot for solo travelers or a couple. This place is fairly advertised, so don’t expect luxury. It’s small and quaint but does the job. The property was clean; however, had to open the windows and door a few times to air it out. We experienced rain during our stay so maybe it was a little musty from that. If I had any suggestions, they would be to add a TV to the bedroom and to trim some of the trees on the patio for a better mountain view. This place is fairly close to most of the attractions. It’s about a 10 minute drive or less to Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, The Incline, and the Cog Railway. Seven Falls was our most favorite attraction and it was about 15-20 minutes away. Lastly, keep in mind that the Royal Gorge is shy of 1.5 hour drive away. A walk into downtown Manitou Springs would take about 15 minutes and even longer to downtown Colorado Springs. We found it wasn’t as walkable as we anticipated, but that’s okay because the drives were fairly quick. Parking in the downtown areas cost less than 10 for a few hours. Communication with the host was wonderful. David was highly responsive and friendly. Overall a great stay and wonderful town to explore.

Cozy home in a great location

My wife and I stayed at this location for 2 nights in February, 2025. The location was excellent providing us easy walking access to shopping as well as the incline (via Hiawatha Garden free bus which has a stop just a couple of blocks away). We saw plenty of wildlife (deer) just outside the back door. All necessary amenities were included and the host communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

Great little place

We had to find last minute accomodatiins and this fit the bill. When some unexpected plumbing issues arose, they responded quickly and the maintenance man stayed until it was completely addressed and we were satisfied. The issue was fixed so that it will not happen again. We would definatly stay again.

Location was perfect for daily adventures

Located just a 5-minute walk to Manitou Hiawatha Gardens - parking and shuttle. Another 5 minutes you are downtown with restaurants, brewery, shops, retro arcade, and ice cream stores. Garden of the Gods opens at 5 am, get in the park before 8 am to avoid the crowds. Pikes Peak was well worth the trip. Manitou Springs has plenty to offer for everyone. We would like to visit again with friends and family. Hiking and exploring then sitting on the private patio made for a great vacation.

Close to Downtown Manitou Springs

Clean , small house but just right for 2 people ! Easy walk to downtown Manitou Springs Mule Deer was in parking space to greet us on first day! Had issues with thermostat (not working properly still) , management sent over someone right away and brought space heater in case we needed. Would rent again!
