“Beautiful property and easy access”

“We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage. The host was very responsive and everything was clean and as described. The location is great for accessing the Cheyenne Mountain area, attractions along Highway 24, and I-25. We stayed for a short weekend trip. If you are considering a longer stay or traveling with kids, you should note that there is no TV, bathtub, dishwasher, or stove. None of that bothered us, though, and we would definitely stay again.”

“The place was in a great location. The owners were very nice and helpful. The place had a well equipped kitchen and very clean. The patio seating area could use TLC. But they did have a table for eating and games. The shower was very low for taller guys. And the bathroom itself is very small so bigger people might feel uncomfortable in there. All in all though, we had a great stay and would come back again. A king sized bed would definitely get me back.”

“Awesome spot! Great location and very nicely decorated. I’m not a lord of the rings connoisseur, but I do love the outdoors, and it boils down to a very peaceful foresty vibe. This spot had all the necessities - entertainment, cooking, and a hot tub that I wish I spent time in!Jon is super helpful and maintains the property really well. He’s nearby for any needs you may have! 10/10 recommend!”

“We came through just for a quick stop. The place is small and quaint, bed was very comfortable. The outside is run down and the back area needs some attention. But we didn’t spend any time outdoors, so not a problem for us! Thanks for the easy in and out stay”

“Decent place. Bathroom could use more towel racks. Microwave on top of fridge was odd. Park nearby was a great park for walking in the mornings. Neighborhood was marginal. We wouldn't go out walking at night. Might be safe, but we weren't willing to chance it.”
