“The place was perfect! Great location, quiet, and a beautiful place! Every bit of communication was great!”

“Great location and great service”

“Awesome spot! Great location and very nicely decorated. I’m not a lord of the rings connoisseur, but I do love the outdoors, and it boils down to a very peaceful foresty vibe. This spot had all the necessities - entertainment, cooking, and a hot tub that I wish I spent time in!Jon is super helpful and maintains the property really well. He’s nearby for any needs you may have! 10/10 recommend!”

“I came to this property with 8 other guests for my birthday. The property was very clean when we arrived and large enough for all of us. The game room was so much fun and had so many activities to do. So even with as many people as we had, everyone was able to play and join in. Rooms were large with plenty of closet space and the sofa couch was comfortable. The property is connected to an other house but separated by a garage so we didn’t hear the neighbors. The driveway was big enough to fit……

“Incredible patio in the mountains. Perfect location to enjoy all of the springs.”

“This lovely very private guesthouse is in a gorgeous neighborhood but a close drive to sights to see, grocery, restaurants, college campus, old downtown. The guest house is very modern, clean, simple. We enjoyed the steam room/ shower, as well as the outside space. It was just what we needed after a week in Denver.”

“The host and the house were way beyond any expectations I had. House is awesome, the host was responsive to the only question I had. Inwill definitely stay here again!”

“Very cool property, beautiful creek. We enjoyed ourselves. The propane grill was handy, and check in and out were very easy ”

“Nice host. Unit is nicely decorated and clean. Parking situation isn’t the greatest because you have to walk around a short concrete wall then walk all the way under the stairs, then all the way up the stairs. Unit is situated off of an alley so not sure you can DoorDash anything there. Pool was nice. ”

“Nice little guest house behind main property. Perfect size for a couple and young kiddo. Very short drive to Harden of the Gods and other nearby sites. Drove down the ally to find the place. That got us on the initial arrival a bit.”
