“My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We made visits to Clifty Falls and Madison then stopped to watch the eclipse on our way home. The kids loved the hot tub, creek and large yard to play in. We got a visit from the neighbors puppy which made the thier day. The house had everything we needed and more. If we come back down this way we will definitely stay here! My daughter wanted to move in :-).”

“My daughter, Grandson and two golden retrievers as well as myself came to Madison, IN because my Grandson was accepted to Hanover College. We were so happy that we were able to stay in this lovely home! It was so neat and clean. The front deck was great! Beautiful view of the Ohio River and nice fenced backyard that was hooked into the deck! My Golden’s loved it! Beds, furniture were so comfy. We will definitely be back to stay here. “We spent the weekend in Madison for Hanover graduation. This rental provided our family everything we needed and more! The kitchen had paper towels, coffee, tea and even fresh baked cookies to welcome us! The bathrooms were well stocked as well. We were able to just unpack and enjoy. Check in and check out were easy. Great communication from owner and housekeeping. Woukd definitely stay again!! Thank you!”

“Nice and private. Nice yard and fire pit. Very clean. The pullout bed is rough sleeping...be nicer if some kind of thin rollout foam cushion to throw on top. Upstairs bed is comfy with low ceiling. Didn't have any dish soap left, no chocolate for s'mores (was in ad or wouldn't mention). No wood for fire. We purchased those 3 items and was too windy to have a fire sadly 😥. On the whole we were very happy and had a nice time. Host was great!”
