It did have an elevator, but it was a lpng walk from our room. They gave us the wrong room, then a smaller one when they tried to fix the mistake. Key cards didn't work right, nor did the door handle. No trash can in the room. It was quiet where we were, thank God. The property needs updated and a new paint job.

Was given the wrong room at first. Second (Correct) room smelled like smoke. We requested a non smoking room. There was ash all over the nightstand. Toilet was not cleaned at all. The sheets on the bed had a bunch of "hair" on it. Not to mention the pillows were soooooo nasty. Stained brown and yellow and flat as a book!

images are incredibly deceiving and not at all what the property looks like. barely a hotel and more like a live in community of drug users and hookers. left my car to check in and on my way back found someone leaning on it before returning to their room, had my husband not been with me i’m not sure what would have happened to me but I know it wouldn’t have been good. our first room was not cleaned as the sheets were dirty with hair and makeup(?) and reeked of cigarettes. our second room was not much different. did not feel safe what so ever and decided to go to another hotel. was told my the staff member that we were to receive a refund but have yet to get confirmation/email about that.

This property is being used for community housing. People camping in the parking lot. The room was NOT clean, no phone etc. I checked out immediately.

The hotel is not what was in the pictures. Pool closed, hot as heck in the hallways, room was refurbished but the bed frame was too big for the mattress and was screwed together and to the floor with wood screws. Place was crawling with druggies, homeless and hookers. Bathroom vent fan did not work. Key cards did not work all the time. Road noise was terrible. There was a guy and gal having a party in the storage room, complete with party lights. Definitely not what I thougut I had reserved.

This place is awful. There is no security--if you go to the desk and say "I'm in room 123", they will give you a key to that room without checking your ID. This means anyone can break into your room at any time. Filthy, in disrepair, the whole place smells bad, the staff doesn't ever clean your room. Half the time there is no one running the front desk, even during checkout time. Even the shower is a miserable experience because it lets out a deafening, high-pitch whine when the water is running.

The desk clerk stated that my reservation was canceled by Expedia refused to give me a room. He stated they were booked and can not take third party reservations. Once he caved in, he gave us a room that had the electric turned off, a remote without the batteries, no TV and the water was turned off. After I went to the desk to report, he offered us another room that was just dirty and not enough towels. I reported this Baymont to Better Business. I would like a refund for the continuous problems or a discount.

Shower head was broken, water was leaking from bathroom ceiling, sheets didn't fit bed, a lot of addicts living on property.... But only stayed for concert that was close by kind of knew what I was getting into..... And would do it again

This was one of the worst hotels ive ever stayed in. There was a cigarette burn hole in the sheets and black mold on the sink. It was very noisey and people were coming and going all night. Our room was right by the main hallway door that was slamming every few minutes. People were loud in the parking lot. Our window inky had a thin/see through shade, no curtains. So the parking lot light shined in our room all night. I honestly considered leaving.

The first room I was in the knob to the shower came right off. I went to the front desk and they said they would send maintenance up but I just got there and just wanted to take a shower so they gave me different room and that one was even worse. When I was trying to leave the first room maintenance barged in without knocking as I was trying to gather our stuff. So rude also

Can you say never again!!
I understand we were in a smoking room, but couldn’t it have been cleaner than that? The hotels phone barely worked, so glad we had a cell phone. Some of the lamps in the room didn’t work…..like seriously? The restroom barely had toilet paper, and there was a used wash rag still looked like it was wet (and no I wasn’t touching it) in the bathroom. We needed to heat up food and the microwave and it didn’t work. The sheets/covers looked suspect and there was already a burn hole in the paper thin comforter. The floor looked and felt dirty as if it hasn’t been cleaned. The bed had only two thin pillows instead of four as pictured when you viewed the property. We were tired and called it a night. Next day we went to the store to grab a few things to come back to the room smelling like a freshly smoked cigar!!!!! Neither of us smoke cigarettes let alone a cigar. I called down to the front desk and ask them who was in the room because I smelled like a fresh cigar and knowing we don’t smoke cigarettes or cigars. So I called the front desk, and they said they would look at the cameras, but they never got back at us not even a checkout time.
