Unless you want to get bit up by bed bugs and have roaches and a mouse crawling around your room spend the extra money to stay somewhere else. Seriously if you’re thinking about staying here DONT. I’m all about saving money and I didn’t wanna believe the other reviews but for the money I have had to spend due to the bedbugs (anti itch cream, urgent care, laundry mat, a steam cleaner to get them out of my car), I could’ve stayed somewhere nice and saved myself a lot of stress. Never again.

You get what you pay for. Felt very unsafe, draws a very bad crowd, sheets were stained with fresh makeup. carpet had stains everywhere, smell of weed, security threatening to call the cops on the people next door for the first 2 hours we were there.

We walked in after hu ti g for it. It waz dirty and hot in the lobby. I checked in after a long day and tired. Went toget girlfriend and luggage. No elevator had to walk and find stairs. It was over 100 degrees in hallway. The smell just kept getting worse. When we opened the door to the stairway the smell was so strong you had to hold your nose and run.the roo. Waz dark dirty and smelled so bad we just left. Tried to get a refund still waiting. A drug deal was happening in front of the lobby money exchanged and package gi en in a secret way.

What I got there I checked in at 3:00 there were many return customers complaining of dirty rooms we're still attended rooms I had to be moved twice because my first room had a massive leak and then my second one was still occupied 10 out of 10 do not recommend

Pictures on the web are deceiving, it looks way ugly in person. If i knew would never stayed in this place. I chose for non smoking room but what we got the hall way and room just smells of smoke. The bath tub is sleepery because the drain is half plugged up. The property need to be upgraded.

We walked in. Checked in. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. It smelled horrible. There was no light bulb in the entry way of our room. The room smelled dirty. There were no key cards to enter the rooms, just a code. I did not feel safe staying there with my children, even with my husband present and we left. We were not charged. However, they would have charged us if I hadn't contacted this site. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. I don't even know what the bathroom looked like except for the pictures my husband took because I didn't feel like it was worth looking at. We booked a different hotel.

The name, Grand Hotel, was suppose to be “grand”. Definitely not. The door mat said days inn. Definitely looked like a days in. I am not from Ohio, so I didn’t know what area to avoid. The area looked like it contains a lot of drug activity as people were outside acting like they were on drugs. The hotel itself had kids running around the lobby, throwing trash on the ground. Not sure what the parents were doing. The room was broken - the tv had lines in it as if it was dropped at one point. When you turned on the AC, it stayed on for 2 seconds and shut off. The toilet seat was loose. The towels and sheets had hair on them… there may have been blood on the shower curtains.. there was rat poop behind the bed and I only looked because the light wasn’t working due to not being plugged in. The bed sank when you laid in it. The only reason I decided to stay and not immediately left was because I had just drove 8 hours after starting my day at 7am and was exhausted. Next time, I should have looked at reviews.

The rooms were dirty and had a very steong smell to them. The facility was very out dated. The were roaches in the room. Refrigerator didnt work, microwave didn't reach the outlet. Air conditioner didn't work well.
