I liked the stay but it was old historic property so elevators were small. I did not know there was a coffee shop until I was ready to leave. I believe we were in the heart of downtown but we didn’t explore I had a conference to attend.

Kindness from all personnel was great

When I was approaching S. High St from the parking lot, I tripped on the uneven sidewalk and experienced a fall. I was bleeding from my hand and face. The Valet on duty quickly came to my aid, provided ointment and bandaids. He was very helpful and concerned. The valets were also helpful when someone came to pick us up; allowed us to park for 10 minutes at the curb and watched our car.

Noise level UNACCEPTABLE

The stay was great....EXCEPT the mind numbing boom boom from music that SHOOK THE WINDOWS! It was late before we could sleep. During this time, we had to BLARE the TV so we could hear over the noise. We were on the 4th floor....Cant imagine what the lower floors experienced.

A lovely old hotel, with a good restaurant, connected to an "opera house", which was an excellent venue for a concert. So nice to park only one time and have dinner, attend the concert, and spend the night.

Historic Building on a walkable quiet downtown str

The Westin was recently rennovated. It is the perfect place to take a photo opp with the family due to the architecture and decor of the building. The lounge decor is trendy and modernizes the hotel.The rooms are spacious. The only feedback is with renovation comes some kinks and the Westin's kind staff is appreciative of direct feedback to iron those out. Consider this hotel, for game day, to stay away from the fray and be able to walk to a few picturesque restaurants.
