"When we arrived, our water was cold. Staff was polite but not very helpful. Hot water eventually got fixed but then it was just scolding hot water. Our toilet was spraying water with every flush. Staff sent someone to fix it and it worked for about 3 flushes, then broke again. Housekeeping only came ..."
