“We took our 5 year old grandsons to castaway bay and had a wonderful time. We had dinner at Famous Daves the food was very good it had a nice atmosphere with great service and a nice view. Then we bowled and went to the arcade. We did the breakfast buffett in the morning that was also very nice. Then back to the water park we loved the wave pool and the hot tub. My husband and the grandkids did the water coaster and slides and had a great time. Highly recommend castaway bay for family fun!”

“Rooms were clean and a nice size, bathrooms a bit small but full size bathtub, staff super helpful and friendly…. Unfortunately the TGF ON property did a very very poor job full meals being served before any beverage’s kids sodas , cocktails all drinks . One meal delivered at least 30 minutes before any other food was brought to table and that food was incorrect in every easy possible and how do I finally got our drinks we got the wrong ones. Manager came to the table to correct the problem……

“The property is downtown so that was really easy. The room was quite clean. Staff were helpful. Some of the food could be improved upon. The buffet breakfast was not wonderful and bar food was adequate. It would be great if they employed a Chef that was a bit more modern. We also tried to find a charging station for our rental vehicle which was electric and the staff was unsure how to direct us. I would say it's a good property for the area.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“The hotel was pretty easy to maneuver. The elevators are a little high-tech. And it’s in a really great location for access to things throughout Cincinnati.”
