Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We ended up not even staying and I’m still fighting for a refund! Upon arrival I was choking on the lobby room spray at check in. Then passed an overflowing garbage can with rotting food next to it that had obviously been there for days. Proceeded to the room an as soon as I opened the door was hit with the stench of cigarette smoke. Like someone had been living in there and chain smoking for a long time. The toilet paper roll was empty. There was a visible clump of hair on the towel by the sink. The light fixture in the kitchenette had no cover over it. The screen on the window had a hole cut out of it with singes obviously from a cigarette. Then the bed, didn’t even have sheets that fit it. Had a mattress protector with 2 flat sheets over the top trying to act like a fitted sheet that was exposing the mattress cover for the last foot of the bed and a thin crumby blanket. And half of the security lock on the door was missing. DONT STAY HERE!! RUN!!!
