Clean room, friendly staff, and breakfast included! It could use some repairs here and there but for the location, amenities, and price, this is our new go-to hotel whenever we come back to this area. Check-out is at noon which I love, something about having that extra hour is just nice to have lol! We stayed one night for a Rob Zombie/Marilyn Manson concert at the Toyota Pavilion at Concord, lots of other people there for same reason so we thought that was cool. The hotel is right by Jack in the box, you just walk across the parking area. Starbucks is across the street. There is a little market called Poppy available all within the same block. The a/c was nice I like it to be around 68-70 and it maintained it very well. The beds not great but ok for a night or 2. Breakfast selection; eggs, sausage patties, potatoes, waffles, toast and bagels oh and also cereal and juice machine.

We’ve stayed there several different times this summer about four every room has been really good this last day. The bed was really squeaky. We heard other reviews about squeaky beds, and I always laughed because none of mine had ever been. This one was the only time we were on floor three and maybe that was a difference we had been on four and two and the beds have been great so I suggest don’t go on floor three
