"The hotel itself and the staff are fabulous. The problem was with the air conditioner. It never got the room under 26 degrees celc. Which was extremely uncomfortable. I kept calling and going down to the front desk and they said they would fix it but it never worked so we left a day early and found another hotel. Breakfast was yummy. Pool was nice. Everything super clean. Rooms nice. Beds comfy. Big shower. Lots of shopping around. Just dont count on the air to be working. "

"A beautiful hotel with very friendly helpful staff who genuinely want to help. It was a lovely retreat from travel. Very comfortable bed, quiet, the breakfast and coffee were fantastic. The wellness center and outside pool was my favourite. A great treat and rest from travelling. I highly recommend this hotel 5/5"

"The hotel is very tired, the dinner service is stuck in the 1970s. The reception staff were very helpful as we cancelled 2/3 nights. This is partly because of the poor facilities but mainly because Hotel.com says it us near the beach, when in fact it is 3km up a mountain! "
