From the valet and check-in staff to the pool and beach club teams, everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. A very special shout-out has to go to Vincenzo at the restaurant. He goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, make you feel special, and ensure your evening is one to remember. His energy, warmth, attention, and genuine care completely elevated our experience. Vincenzo is truly one of those people you remember long after your vacation is over. That said, the entire staff was equally wonderful and contributed to an incredible stay. We had such a great time and left feeling that Hotel Mary offers something truly special. One receptionist even walked us to show us the location of a beach club and bar after we asked for recommendations.. we loved our stay and will return."
