“The hotel was reasonably clean and rooms were spacious. The problem was that all rooms were on second floor and there was no elevator. You have to climb stairs to get to rooms. My wife is somewhat disabled with back injury which made that difficult. Upon checkout I saw and older lady wrestling with suitcases to get down the stairs. I found no indication on website about the lack of an elevator either on their website or Expedia's. I would think Expedia would want to correct this lack of……
