This was a quick family getaway for some sun, great food and a little luxury. We found it all here and loved our stay. Beautiful space, luxurious without being pretentious. We found our room and the main areas to be well-maintained and clean. The pools are immaculate and well-attended. Food was awesome. Dinner at Bourbon Steak was unreal. It's a high-end steakhouse with more depth to the menu than a steakhouse normally has. And who doesn't love amazing cocktails??? Our meal was made even better by some of the best service I've enjoyed in any restaurant. Our man Milan was amazing, friendly and could teach a masterclass in sales and customer service. I also wanted to mention Gabriela who handled our check-in with all of the warmth and professionalism that you want when you arrive for your vacation. Highly recommended for families, couples or a getaway with friends.

Very clean and well equipped room, but it was right next to a night club - the music kept us up most of the night. It would have been nice of the staff to give some warning and offer my family of four another room away from that side of the building.
